Delivery, Postage & Packing

We accept orders from, and deliver to, addresses within the UK only.

Delivery charges are calculated by weight:

• Up to 100g: £1.50
• 101g – 2kg: £4.95
• Over 2kg: £6.95

For bespoke orders, we aim to dispatch within three working days (subject to availability). Processing and delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, please follow the courier's instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.

Please provide any special delivery instructions at the time of ordering. Instructions received after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

Goods become the customer's responsibility once delivered. Ownership transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying us via email at info@usthemandu.co.uk.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If goods are not returned in a reasonable condition, we may be unable to accept the return or issue a full refund.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s). Please note that your bank's processing times may add a few extra days before the refund appears in your account.

If goods are returned due to a genuine defect, we will refund the full purchase price including your return postage costs.

If goods are returned for any reason other than a genuine defect or an error on our part, the refund will cover the price of the goods only; return postage remains the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email info@usthemandu.co.uk before the order has been packed or dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard returns process above.

When cancelling, you must return the goods to Us Them and U.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Liability

Us Them and U cannot be held liable for:

• Losses resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.
• Parcels not collected within the courier's specified timeframe after a delivery attempt.
• Goods left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your request.
• Loss or damage arising from reasonable or unavoidable delivery delays.
