AI Is Everywhere — But It Isn’t Always Reliable

AI is becoming part of daily life. It’s useful, fast, and improving. But if you use AI to gather information and then present that information as your own, there are real risks:

1. The “facts” may be wrong

2. The opinions may be misleading

3. The science may be distorted or incomplete

4. The original creator may have lied, and AI will repeat it

5. UK aromatherapy standards are stricter and safer than US ones — AI often mixes them up

6. American spelling is a giveaway: if a UK company’s website is full of color, fiber, odor, center, organize, it’s likely copied straight from US sources

And yes — you’ll see this often. Some companies don’t even bother to correct the spelling.

AI Is Improving — But It Still Needs Guidance

You can tell AI to use UK sources only. You can ask it to check regulations. You can ask it to avoid American aromatherapy practices.

But even then, not every UK website is reliable. Not every “expert” is an expert. Not every blog is telling the truth.
