This exceptional product is expertly formulated to serve as a powerful anti-inflammatory for conditions such as arthritis and gout. While we don’t have conclusive evidence of its effectiveness for osteoarthritis, our customers have consistently shared success stories regarding their experiences. 

In the vibrant decades of the 1980s and 90s, we offered a product named "Joints," which quickly became our best-selling offering—largely due to the loyalty of our customers who returned time and again. After all, people tend to repurchase what truly works for them. We presented it in various sizes, including 60ml and 120ml jars, as well as generous 500ml tubs for those who needed more.

Perfect for: stiff joints, arthritis support, evening relaxation, unwinding after a stressful day

Apply: Smooth a thin layer of gel over the affected joints or muscles. The aloe vera gel base provides an immediate cooling sensation and absorbs rapidly without any greasy residue — making it ideal for use during the day, under clothing, or when you need to get on with things quickly.

For joints and arthritis: Apply to knees, hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders or any affected joint 2–3 times daily. Many of our customers find consistent, regular use more effective than waiting until pain flares up.

For muscles: Massage firmly into the affected area after exercise or physical activity. Works particularly well alongside our Muscles Aches Massage Oil for a more intensive treatment.

For best results: Apply after a warm bath or shower when circulation is increased and skin is receptive. For deeper, more sustained relief, try our Bone Balm Cream which provides longer skin contact, or our Bone Balm Lotion for a lighter everyday option.

Tip: Store in the fridge for an extra cooling effect — particularly soothing during inflammation flare-ups. If you want to use the pure essential oil blend in a diffuser or for custom blending, our Bone Balm Synergy Blend contains the same expertly crafted formula.
