Apply: Roll directly onto your temples, across the forehead, behind the ears, and along the back of the neck at the base of the skull. These are the key tension points where the blend works most effectively. You can reapply as often as needed throughout the day.

When to use: At the very first sign of head tension or a building headache — early application is far more effective than waiting until the pain is established. Many of our customers keep one on their desk and reach for it the moment they feel tension creeping in.
