A balm made with just a few carefully chosen ingredients can be incredibly effective for both you and your skin. These balms are formulated with lips in mind, using lower dilutions of our Organic Pure Essential Oils for gentle, everyday nourishment. Of course, you can use them anywhere on your skin—especially the Tea Tree version, which is wonderfully versatile.

We include Wheatgerm Oil for its naturally high vitamin E content, celebrated for its soothing and antioxidant properties. Sweet Orange Essential Oil adds a bright boost by supporting collagen production and delivering vitamin C, helping to keep skin firm, smooth, and youthful.

Many commercial balms contain long, complicated ingredient lists that offer little therapeutic benefit. When each ingredient is used at such tiny concentrations, its impact becomes negligible. We believe in simplicity with purpose—every ingredient we use is there to support your skin genuinely.

Apart from lips, you may also use this balm for your cuticles, elbows, hands, knees and heels. Any area of skin needing the replenishing effects of this balm

Sweet Orange Oil is usually super well‑behaved in the sun, so no need to panic. But because it’s still a citrus oil, it’s worth being a tiny bit mindful.

If you’re heading out into really bright sunshine, it’s best to pop this balm on in the evening, or just give it a few hours before you let the treated skin soak up strong rays. It’s nothing dramatic — just a simple way to avoid any chance of your skin getting a bit sensitive or irritated.

That said, Sweet Orange is the least likely of the citrus family to cause any UV‑related fuss, so you’re already working with one of the gentlest options.

It really is simple to apply small amounts of the balm to your lips (or skin) as and when you feel you need to.

Try to keep the tin as cool as possible in very warm conditions, as it may begin to melt.
